The maximum points could be used in a order is 50,000 points (USD$100). All points are valid forever. Order is not over USD$20 are not eligible to earn and redeem point.
Cancel points
When an order is cancelled, voided, refunded or partially refunded, whether the points earned by the customer through the order will be canceled proportionately
Return points
When an order is canceled or invalidated, the system will automatically return the points consumed by the order to the customer in proportion. If the points consumed have expired, they will not be refunded.
